Data Deletion

If you are a user of the WanderTrails mobile app and wish to request deletion of your personal data, please contact us at alsem.prod@gmail.com

Steps to request data deletion

  1. Send us an email with the subject line "Data Deletion Request – WanderTrails".
  2. Include the email address or device information associated with your app usage (if available).
  3. We will confirm your request and delete your data within 30 days.

Types of data that can be deleted

  • Optional data such as analytics, crash reports, app interactions, and progress tracking.
  • Required data (Firebase Installation ID and device identifiers) are automatically removed once you uninstall the app.

Retention

  • Required data is only stored while the app is installed.
  • Optional analytics and crash logs may remain in Firebase for limited retention periods according to Google's policies.
